Level Two Curriculum

Level 2 Curriculum is for those who have attended Level 1 Class or those who have had sufficient yoga background. Most of you are already familiar with the subtleties and nuances that underlie almost every yoga pose. Becoming a yogi requires a lot of discipline on your part, and you have learnt that already.

In Level 2 Curriculum, we will build up the knowledge and skills you required from Level 1. After this class, you will be able to practice yoga for yourself, as well as teach others the philosophy and other aspects of various yoga poses. You will be aware of where you stand in regards with religion, universe, humanity, modern science, and spirituality.

If you are still interested, you can take our advanced level class. Unless you want to be a teacher or gain a deep understanding of yoga, you don't need to take this class. (More detail is available towards the end of the semester.
