  • Bhujangasana (Cobra Position)


Week Four (February 11)
  • Paschimotasana & Bow Position (Homework)

  • Gomukhasana (Cow-face Position

  • Balance Pose

  • Triangle Pose

  • Warrior Pose

  • Salabhasana (Locust Position)


Week Five (February 18)
  • Wind-release Position (Pabanamuktasana)

  • Fish Position (Matsyendrasana)


Thanksgiving (February 25)

Week Six (March 4)
  • Yoga Positions that will be helpful towards your Finals

  • Revision of different yoga Poses


Week Seven (March 11)
  • We won’t do anything new, but you can come and do yoga with us. It will be help you achieve your optimum performance in the finals!



You can then go to Level 2 if you are further interested. It is more advanced and involves more stretching. But, it will make you a yogi! You will be able to master your body and soul with flexibility of body and achievement of higher consciousness.
