describe the mentoring initiative, and its academic (professor's research and student learning) as well as business (employee development and corporate citizenship) impact
explain how alumni involvement benefits current students and enhances young professionals' career development
discuss how university and business diversity and inclusion efforts can be advanced through partnerships such as the mentoring initiative
demonstrate alternatives for corporate citizenship initiatives and involvement with the academic community
