Illinois Wesleyan’s Kistner Elected to ACE Assembly

BLOOMINGTON, Ill — Warren Kistner, director of the Illinois Wesleyan University Career Center, has been elected to a two-year term on the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employees (ACE) Assembly.

The Assembly serves as the legislative arm of Midwest ACE and provides oversight responsibility for Midwest ACE policy matters.

Kistner was one of four college assembly leaders selected. The others were Lenroy Jones of Michigan State, Darlene Brown of Lima Technical College, and Kelly Harris of Bradley University. He will serve as the Lead Assembly member for the State of Illinois.

The Midwest ACE is a regional affiliate of the National Association of Colleges & Employers (NACE) and comprises 12 states -- Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Since 1949, the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers (formerly the Midwest College Placement Association) has been bringing together professionals in collegiate career services and recruitment/staffing to collaborate, communicate, and connect.
