Event: Concert: Illinois Wesleyan Civic Orchestra

Location: The Center for the Performing Arts, Formerly Scottish Rite Temple/Consistory, 110 E. Mulberry, Bloomington
Admission: $10 for adults, $5 for students and senior citizens, and $1 for IWU and ISU students with a valid ID.
Background: Their second appearance of the season, the Illinois Wesleyan Civic Orchestra will perform under the direction of Steven W. Eggleston, music director and conductor and professor of brass instruments.
The program will include Gustav Mahler’s “Symphony No. 1” and Michael Schnelle’s “Samurai.”
