Background: Dios Mio features the musical talent of Illinois Wesleyan students Tim Shelton, a junior music major from Barrington, Ill., Van Miller, a junior English writing major from Deerfield, Ill., Mike Bragg, a sophomore business major from Shorewood, Ill., and Alicia Rodriguez, a sophomore English literature major from Homewood, Ill.
With an eclectic sound, Dios Mio brings dynamic musical skill and strong vibrant energy to Tommys New Music Series. Their musical influences include the Beatles, Rusted Root, Frank Sinatra, the Roots, and Ricky Martin.
Sponsored by the Office of Student Activities, Tommy's New Music Series presents Illinois Wesleyan students with the opportunity to perform and display their talents in a live music setting.
