Event: Illinois Wesleyan University School of Music presents: Senior recitals by Jennifer Anne Stadler and Deanna Herman

Background: For her senior recital, Jennifer Anne Stadler, a voice major from Chicago, will sing the works of George Frideric Handel, Wolgang Amadeus Mozart, Hugo Wolf, Gabriel Dupont, Gabriel Faure, Claude Debussy, and Leonard Bernstein.
A soprano, Stadler will be accompanied by Lecturer in Music Phyllis Fitch on piano, and will perform the following pieces:
- Come and Trip It
- Or Let the Merry Bells
- Va Godendo
- Lho Perduta
- Nimmersatte Liebe
- Auch Kleine Dinge
- Mausfallen Spruchlein
- Mandoline
- So Pretty
- I Hate Music!
Performing her senior recital, Deanna Herman, an orchestral instrument major from Waukegan, Ill., will play on viola the works of Rebecca Clarke, Johann Sebastian Bach, and Johannes Brahms.
Herman will be accompanied by Lecturer in Music Eva Ferguson on piano, and will perform the following pieces:
- Sonata for Viola and Piano
- Partita No. 2
