We have LaTeX software installed in the computer labs.  If you want to install it on your personal computer, then there are numerous editors available.  Most are free.  Here are links to a few:

To draw pdfs for inclusion in LaTeX documents I recommend IPE.  It’s free and available in the E202 and E204 labs.
