The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever

2 sticks softened unsalted butter

1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix

2 eggs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cups of flower

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

dash of salt

1 bag chocolate chips

Mix together butter and box of instant vanilla pudding mix. Add in sugars & vanilla and mix well. In another bowl, combin4e flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir together and slowly add to the sugar mixture. Mix until just combined. Stir in the bag of chocolate chips.Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

Maxine' Sugar Cookies

1 c. butter

1-1/2c. sugar

2 eggs

3 tsp Vanilla

3 c. Flour

2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Cream butter & sugar. Beat eggs & add, mixing well. Mix in vanilla. In a seperate bowl whisk flour, Baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients in portions mixing well between each addition. If rolling out dough chill for at least 4 hours. Bake at 350. Rollled 6-8 minutes, dropped 8-10 minutes.

Isaac's Peanut Butter Special K Cookies (No bake PB cookies)

1c. Sugar

1c. White corn Syrup

2c Peanut butter

4c Special K

Heat sugar and corn syrup untill the come to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and Special K and mix well.

Drop on wax paper by spoonfuls and let set set until firm. They will firm up quickly.
