| Welcome to the official website of the Alpha Iota chapter of the Sigma Chi fraternity. Our chapter is located on the small college campus of Illinois Wesleyan University in Blommington, Illinois. Founded in 1883, for over a century we have been committed to the ideals of friendship, justice and learning that Sigma Chi stands for. Having over 60 active undergraduate members, we pride ourselves on being the largest and one of the most diverse houses on campus. Sigs are proud of their continuing leadership throughout campus, with brothers holding positions in a wide variety of activities, ranging from football, basketball and swimming athletic teams, to InterFraternity Council, Student Senate and other student organizations. We have won 16 Sigma Chi Peterson Awards for the most outstanding chapter. Our brothers continue this tradition of success even after they graduate.
