Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

Filling IngredientsTopping Ingredients
  • 3 Chicken Breasts Boiled and Diced    
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz. of Sour Cream
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. Poppyseeds
  • 2 Packages of Ritz Crackers
  • 11/2 Sticks of Butter
Directions
  1. Dice chicken and spread in the bottom of pan
  2. Mix: soups, sour cream, and poppyseeds
  3. Spread of chicken
  4. Crush ritz crackers, mix with butter and sprinkle over top
  5. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes with foil on.
    Remove foil and cook for 10 more minutes to toast topping
