Tanner's Deluxe Breakfast Platter
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. of shredded hash browns
- 1 lb. of bacon
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Preperation:
- Cook the pound of bacon in a lightly greased skillet until it turns
dark brown
- Pull cooked bacon out onto a plate and let cool while leaving the
bacon grease in the skillet
- Add the pound of hash browns to the skillet
- Cook hash browns until they are all soft and starting to crisp
- Bore out 6 holes in the hash browns and add 1 cracked egg to each
hole
- Sprinkle the cheese over the hash browns and egg
- Sprinkle desired amount of crushed bacon over the dish as well
- Cover and let cook until cheese melts and eggs have cooked
through
- Let cool..........AND EAT!!!
This easy and cheap dish makes 4-6 servings and is good for college
students because the leftovers will stay good for a few days, hence,
an easy microwave breakfast!!!
