Tanner's Deluxe Breakfast Platter

Ingredients:

Preperation:

  1. Cook the pound of bacon in a lightly greased skillet until it turns dark brown
  2. Pull cooked bacon out onto a plate and let cool while leaving the bacon grease in the skillet
  3. Add the pound of hash browns to the skillet
  4. Cook hash browns until they are all soft and starting to crisp
  5. Bore out 6 holes in the hash browns and add 1 cracked egg to each hole
  6. Sprinkle the cheese over the hash browns and egg
  7. Sprinkle desired amount of crushed bacon over the dish as well
  8. Cover and let cook until cheese melts and eggs have cooked through
  9. Let cool..........AND EAT!!!
This easy and cheap dish makes 4-6 servings and is good for college students because the leftovers will stay good for a few days, hence, an easy microwave breakfast!!!
