Beef Burrito Casserole

Topping

• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 2 cups salsa sauce 500
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar chees
• 1/4 cup sliced black pitted olives

Crust

• 1 can refried beans
• 1 cup tea biscuit mix
• 1/4 cup water

Serving Directions
Brown ground beef in frypan; drain fat. While beef is cooking, combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a greased 9Ó x 13Ó (22 cm x 33 cm) pan. On top of crust, layer ground beef, salsa, cheese and garnish with olive slices. Bake at 375 F (190 C) for 25-30 minutes. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
