The Basics
The sidebar to the left contains the links to submit OTM nominations. The categories available with each form are listed below. Nominations for each month must be submitted by 11:59 PM on the first day of the following month.

So, what makes a good OTM?

- Specificity: Talk about what a person did in that month to make them awesome. Talk about a particular program. Tell us when and where it took place, who was there, etc.
- Simplicity: Use as many or as few words as you want to explain the awesomeness you have witnessed. We are not looking for a specific word count.
- Explanations and Descriptions: Why was this RA great this month? Why was it a big deal that they went to the hall council meeting? What did the bulletin board look like? How was the program organized?
- YOU! Feel free to add personality, just make sure you are saying what you want to say! Have fun with it!
OTM System User Accounts
If you create an account with the OTM system you'll have the ability to edit OTMs before they are due. In addition, the system partially fills out the OTM form for you and makes it easy to keep track of previous submissions.
Sound good? Create an account! After you complete and submit the form, one of our campus administrators should approve your account within 24 hours. Then, you'll be able to log in using the sidebar at the left!
