The Illinois Wesleyan Titan Band provides music and entertainment on campus at the football and basketball games. The band has also had the honor of performing at the NCAA Division III Final Four basketball tournament at IWU’s very own Shirk Athletic Center in 2010 and 2011. The band consists of approximately 80 students from all majors. This ensemble is open to any student; no audition is required. The Titan Band plays around 80 charts, and performs for approximately 40,000 people per season.
