Illinois Wesleyan Graduate Featured in NCAA Ad Campaign

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. — Kyle Eash, a 2002 graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, is being featured in a television advertisement for the National College Athletic Association.

Eash was a quarterback on the Titan football team and was the winner of the 2002 Walter Byers Scholarship from the NCAA.The Byers scholarship is given annually to one male and one female student-athlete in recognition of outstanding academic achievement and potential for success in postgraduate study. Eash is currently in medical school at Washington University in St. Louis.

The NCAA advertisement is part of a series which highlights the organization's Corporate Champion/Partner Program and includes some of America’s top corporations. The program emphasizes the role of athletics and academics.

The advertisement featuring Eash has been running on various NCAA championship events this spring and summer.
