Background:

The Underground series, sponsored by IWU’s Office of Student Activities, is dedicated to bringing quality entertainment on-campus for IWU students. Acts participating in the Underground this year range from live bands to magicians and comedic juggling acts.

Crash, who recently took the stage at Summerfest in Milwaukee, can best be described as a five-piece tribute band dedicated to recreating the sound and feel of the Dave Matthews Band. Crash strives to bring to fans the desirable Dave Matthews Band concert experience at a level comparable to the band's pre-stadium days.Based in the Chicago area, Crash has played steadily for the last two years, gaining experience and a strong following. The band's greatest honor so far, was being invited to play before Dave Matthew's hometown of Charlottesville, Virginia, in December 2000.
