Program: “Nice and Easy” by Johnny Griffin; “Back Home” by Don Menza; “The Gentle Rain” by Dubey and Bonfa arranged by Dave Wolpe; “Wade in the Water” a traditional spiritual; “If I Should Lose You” by Robin and Rainger arranged by Michael Abene; “Estancia” by Doug Beach; “When You’re Smilin’” by Fisher, Goodwin and Shay; “Deep Freeze” by Doug Beach; “Sugar” by Stanley Turentine arranged by Mark Taylor; “Georgia on My Mind” by Hoagy Carmichael arranged by Dave Barduhn; “Minor Mystery” by Ellen Rowe; and “Swing Low Sweet Chariot” arranged by Bill Holman.

Background: The ensemble is under the direction of Thomas Streeter, IWU professor of brass instruments and theory assisted by senior music composition major, A.J. Robb. Members of the Jazz Lab Band include both music and non-music majors.
