This presentation will highlight the importance of work done by Professors Balser and Jaeckle in Antarctic waters as well as the beauty of the continent and the diversity of marine organisms found there. The panel will provide a sense of life outside the United States and the need to celebrate and preserve the wilderness of places with little human impact.
